Roberto Dalla Benetta
Roberto Dalla Benetta starts his career in 1997 at A.T. Kearney management consultants in Düsseldorf (Germany), focusing on business process reengineering for large German banks. In 1999 he joins Deutsche Bank Group, working in the retail banking division between Frankfurt and Paris, then in 2002 he transfers to the Italian subsidiary in Milan, where he takes over the role of COO of the Italian retail banking business. In 2007 he becomes Managing Director for Organization, Processes and IT of Banca Popolare Alto Adige, back in his place of origin, Bolzano, but he returns to Milano on 2018, after being called by ICCREA-Group at the head of the IT development of Italian cooperative banks. He quits after 1 and a half years to join Aigis Banca with its strong push on automation and innovation of banking processes.
